TUTORIALS
Guided tours of the portal
Each tour walks the real screens with narration, highlighting the part of the page it is talking about. Turn autoplay on and it moves itself along; turn it off and you step at your own pace.

HOW A PROJECT RUNS
The stages, and where you come in
Select a stage to see what happens in it and what is asked of you.
Pre-sales & offer
Your enquiry arrives, we work out whether it becomes a project and how to approach it, then we build the technical and commercial proposal and a plan of what we'd do.
Where you come in — You can raise an enquiry here, and you'll see the proposal when it's issued.
Present, negotiate and agree
We talk it through and revise until it's right, and then we agree it.
Where you come in — This is a conversation, and it can take a while.
Delivery
The work. It starts at the signed contract package — technical sign-off and commercial sign-off captured and the commercial document on the record — not at a stage name. Plan, milestones, and the shared action log.
Where you come in — This is where you'll spend your time here.
Feedback & closure
We ask how it went. Then we close it.
Where you come in — We'll ask you for feedback, and it's short.
GETTING HELP
Support
Something wrong with a project? Your Seco project lead is named on every project page, with a way to reach them. That's the fastest route for anything about the work itself.
Can't sign in? You sign in with your own work email address, against Seco's Sandvik tenant. If your address has changed or your access has ended, contact your Seco project lead and they'll re-issue an invitation.
Access ended unexpectedly? Access is tied to the projects you're on. When your last project closes, access ends — you'll see a notice before that happens. If you're returning for new work, your Seco contact can reactivate you.
